The UNLV | Harry Reid Research and Technology Park will be a 122-acre, fully master planned business, research and technology community managed and operated by the Gardner Company in partnership with the UNLV Research Foundation. The Park will be a place where business and technology unite, supporting innovators, entrepreneurs and discoverers. The Tech Park will foster research growth and technology development and create a business community that advances highly skilled and educated workforce development that diversifies Southern Nevada’s economy.
